Our Story

From a Single Sewing Line to a Global B2B Supplier

ZheBrella Custom Umbrella Manufacturing Co., Ltd. was founded in 2008 in Songxia Town - the heart of the worlds largest umbrella production cluster. We started with one sewing line and three families committed to a simple promise: build umbrellas that international brands can trust, season after season.

Today our 18,000 square meter facility houses 200+ semi-automated frame assembly lines, four large-format printing systems, an in-house tooling workshop, and a dedicated R&D studio. We have shipped to 52 countries and act as the long-term OEM/ODM partner for more than 600 promotional product distributors, retailers, hospitality groups, and direct brand buyers.

Our growth has been built on three principles - transparent pricing, on-time delivery, and meticulous quality control. Most of our clients have worked with us for 5 years or longer.

Why Songxia Is the Global Capital of Umbrella Manufacturing

Songxia Town in Shangyu District, Shaoxing, Zhejiang Province is responsible for an estimated 70% of Chinas total umbrella output and roughly one-third of all umbrellas produced worldwide.

Concentrated Supply Chain

Every umbrella component - shaft, rib, frame hub, fabric, handle, packaging - is produced within a 15 km radius. That eliminates inter-province logistics and shortens lead time by 5-7 days.

Skilled Workforce

Three generations of umbrella makers. The town has trained more than 50,000 skilled umbrella workers since the 1980s. Our master sewers average 14 years of experience.

Industry Innovation

Songxia hosts the National Umbrella Industry Research Center and the China Umbrella City Trade Fair, ensuring we have first access to new materials, mechanisms, and printing techniques.
